WHTI Land Ports of Entry As the prime wayfinding consultant for this important project executed by the GSA, we were contracted to design electronic signage for four northern and fifteen southern United States Land Ports of Entry.
By developing this dynamic signage program, the GSA is supporting the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI). The goal of WHTI is to facilitate entry for United States' citizens and legitimate foreign visitors, while strengthening the country's border security.
The scope of work includes planning, evaluation of existing standards, engineering and construction administration for an estimated 8 million dollars in new electronic signs.
